OHC distributes 10 laptops to Ashtabula residents after completing computer program 

Oak Hill Collaborative hosted its first graduation in the Ashtabula Community Technology Action Center to celebrate 10 county residents completing its Hardware 4 Homes program.  The residents, who completed five computer skills classes with OHC, will earn a free refurbished laptop, accompanying charger, mouse and mousepad, and a certificate of completion.   Each laptop is additionally
