Who is Emily McHenry?
Emily is an education professional with an M.A in teaching from Walden University and is actively working on an MBA and a Ph.D from YSU and KSU respectively. Needless to say, coupled with this and the passion she embodies as the Director at Mission Services of Goodwill, she is driven to see those around her equipped with the tools of success no matter the obstacles.
Not just a Friend of the Collaborative, but also the moving force behind our partnership with Goodwill Industries of Youngstown, she is responsible for administering many job preparedness and digital education courses Goodwill Offers (some still offered to this day). These include:
- Microsoft Office and Resume Building Skills
- Google IT and Medical Certification Training
- MOTIVE Education Van
When not spreading advocacy for Digital Advantage resources, Emily like to do horseback riding and yoga in her spare time.
