Pat Kerrigan

Oak Hill Collaborative's Executive Director is a former Youngstown Municipal Judge, former President of St. Patrick’s Parish Council, former Vice-Chair of Youngstown Urban League, a member of Leadership Youngstown, ACTION, and Mahoning County ADAS Board and is active in numerous other community organizations.

Sarah Russell

Sarah Russell

Sarah Russell started at OHC in 2023 with the initial goal of ACP, offsite education, and outreach. Through her experiences however, the mission of Oak Hill not only changed, but so did her position into Assistant Director. With guidance of Pat, Sarah now heads everyday operation and is greatly supported by staff and volunteers. The students make her "job" her Oak Hill mission. (3D printing is the bomb!)

Elizabeth Coss

Elizabeth Coss

Acting as the Communications Coordinator for Oak Hill, Elizabeth recently obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from YSU and has a passion for connections, the arts in the Mahoning Valley, and public service. Elizabeth is familiar with a variety of writing styles and formats, and loves to connect people to works that they may enjoy! You might just see them at a local museum or craft store for florals.

Zach Genhart

Zach Genhart

Zach has been a volunteer for OHC since 2022, helping with a variety of tasks.  However, in 2024 Zach officially joined our team as an IT Specialist and Digital Navigator!  Whether he is providing assistance during one of our many classes or solving tech problems in a one-on-one session, Zach loves to support our students in any way he can.  In his spare time Zach enjoys horror movies and games, and can often be found at local comic shops making poor financial decisions involving trading cards.

Antoinette Jackson

Antoinette Jackson

Antoinette is the OHC Ashtabula Branch Site Coordinator. An IT and cybersecurity professional with CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications and experience supporting technical and operation environments; her experience spans simulation operations, onsite management, and coordinating technical workflows. As a community liaison, Antoinette excels at building connections and helping residents navigate technology. With her skillset and service-driven approach to strengthening connections, supporting digital literacy, and improving resource access, she is an invaluable team member.

Stephen Kellat

Stephen Kellat

Stephen Michael Kellat is an educator who lives in Ashtabula City, Ohio. He holds a master's degree in library science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He was a podcaster in the very early days of podcasting and is still producing programming today.

TaeShawn Madison

TaeShawn Madison

TaeShawn, a digital navigator, loves to help people in the community. As a lifelong resident of Youngstown, he is currently attending Kent State University-Trumbull branch for Business Management. TaeShawn loves music and singing, you might just catch him performing on stage around Youngstown!

Neeyam Maharjan

Neeyam Maharjan

Neeyam recently joined OHC as a Hardware and IT assistant after graduating from YSU with an Info Tech degree. He has a passion for technology, web development, continuous learning, and helping others learn tech skills. Originally from Nepal, Neeyam loves gaming, working out, building web-projects and binge-watching K-dramas and anime during his free time.

Jules Marcu

Jules Marcu

Jules manages the 3D Printing Lab at the Oak Hill Collaborative Makerspace. His core focus is to ensure the proper maintenance and optimal function of our 3D printers and to help to ensure continuous availability for members. Beyond technical upkeep, Jules coaches students on 3D modeling fundamentals, helping them translate their innovative ideas into physical prints and empowering their creative journey.

Kurt Schultze

Kurt Schultze

Kurt is a Digital Navigator and the Youth Program Manager for OHC. He earned his BA in digital media at the University of Central Florida where he studied web development and game design. A former high school science and digital media teacher and robotics coach from Florida, he specializes in web design with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Dreamweaver, and in digital art with Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint.

Vince Shivers

Vine Shivers

Vince is a historian, photographer, photojournalist, and educator. He holds B.A. in Communications, an M.A. in American History, an M.A. in Historic Preservation, and an Ohio Education Work Study certificate from Bowling Green State University. He worked for ten years as a professor at YSU teaching Underground Railroad history, SMARTS School of the Arts, the Youngstown City Schools, Trumbull County Educational Learning Center, KEYS- AmeriCorps in Pittsburgh. He worked for many years as a nationally recognized awarding Photojournalist and teaches Photoshop Art.

Ariana Wyndham

Ariana Wyndham

Ariana has over 15 years of dedication to volunteering, advocacy and activism. Her experiences make her an invaluable asset to the Mahoning Valley and its residents. She is also pursuing a bachelors degree in Youth/Family Services and Administration from Purdue Global University!

William Zayas

William Zayas

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, William Zayas now lives in Youngstown, Ohio, where he currently works as a Certified Healthcare Interpreter and Community Health Worker at Mercy Health, supporting the Hispanic population by providing health education, screenings, and medical interpretation assistance in English and Spanish. William is also an ordained minister and church admin at Christ Empowered Ministry in Struthers. He recently launched ZayasPro, offering professional services like photography, design and marketing to individuals and small businesses. William earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Colorado Technical University in 2019, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Digital Marketing.
