United Returning Citizens (URC) is a wraparound reentry program in the Youngstown, Ohio community. We work with women, men, and families that have experienced hardships due to past incarceration. While we serve a large number of ex-offenders, we also serve any and all demographics fitting the title returning citizens; including but not limited to citizens returning to the city (relocation), and returning to the work force (loss of employment or career change).
Some of the services that URC offers include: Resume Writing, Job Placement, Housing Assistance, Substance Abuse groups, Money Management, Single Mother Resources, Youth Services, Mentoring, & Business Startup Assistance.
